It's hard for me to believe that Tanessa has actually managed to surpass me in terms of both size and strength after merely two workouts. I thought something such as that was only achievable in our dreams, but there I stood earlier yesterday in the gym, watching Tanessa crank out rep after rep with the cable crossover machine, ultimately causing every muscle in her body to grow in response.

The usual gym rats that occupied the room with their nauseating sweat were driven to my daughter due to her evidently quick growth. Their mixture of surprise and wonderment was exciting to her; bringing a smile to her face and fuelling her want to keep going.

"Amazing," one of the gym rats called, watching Tanessa add another eighty-pound plate onto the crossover, making the total weight now five hundred pounds. "This is just so crazily awesome."
